Abs like Christiano Ronaldo?

Christiano Ronaldo is probably one of the fittest looking, toned football player around. He is also a fan of mine, so we all want to know how does Christiano Ronaldo work out to get so fit and have an athletic body.

Christiano Ronaldo follows a strict football training rule where they workout 5 days a week. Footballers that miss training could be fined and be placed on the bench instead of playing. However, devoted players would train with additional workouts. Footballers, in their training need to combine all the main elements of fitness (Speed, strength, agility, flexibility and endurance.) Their training last 3 hours per day and include these, but also game skills, tactics and practice games. On the pitch the footballers train to prevent injury with flexibility and agility. Sprints and body weight training to develop power. Also weight training is done to build athletic strength. Christiano Ronaldo does a lot of abdominal exercises (belly work) to target all the abs. To get extra ripped, Christiano must also do a lot of pull up, chin ups, and pull downs with bench presses.

Christiano Ronaldo has a strict diet. When concerning the muscle, diet has an important role than exercising because if you eat too much a layer of fat will cover the muscle. If Christiano Ronaldo wants a visible six pack and ripped body, his body fat must be kept below 10%.
Footballers diet are like other athletes diet. Breakfast consists of fruits, cereal and juices. Lunch with a nice healthy salad and chicken. Dinner with fresh Vegetables and fish, or maybe something similar to lunch. Christiano Ronaldo said he doesn't eat junk food and he is not a big drinker. He concentrates on resting for the next game or training session. All players at the top of their game have to maintain excellent fitness and Christiano Ronaldo also manages to keep his body toned.
